In memory

In memory of:
I've had a few dogs past the Years that I have lost and that I still miss, but since it's way back in memory lane I start with the latest and closest ones in time.

I knew that the night will end it's day
and that flowers withers that I knew
A light goes out I'd been told
and that even a king will loose his power's
I knew that trees fall for a saw
as well as glass crackles I remembered
and that words can be forgotten despite the tender whisper
but that You would die I had forgotten

A few words and many tears
to describe the sorrow that hurt
You have returned to the forest, freedom
You where not ment for this world
Therefore we followed You on the last journey
Now You have come to peace again
